Hi, I’m Leroy - a writer-director based in Singapore. I tell stories that are warm, personal, and made to move people.

I got my start at 16, coiling cables on a music video shoot. I didn’t know much, but I knew I loved it. That love became a fire - I studied media and film, threw myself into student and external projects, and eventually directed my first short film, I Believe. It was raw, honest, and mine - and it showed me what stories could do.

Since then, I’ve spent the past decade crafting films and commercials with heart. Whether it’s a national spot or a quiet script, I bring that same conviction into every project - with wonderful clients like Ogilvy, Tribal, Canon, Singapore Armed Forces and MCCY.

I’m at my best when collaboration clicks - when ideas bounce, brilliant people are chiming in, and everyone’s pulling toward the same creative vision. That’s the work I live for.
